How do i order?
All products, pack sizes and prices can be seen on our ecommerce site www.staystuck.co.za
First, you need to create an account, you can then place and customise your order directly on the site.
Once you have placed your order and it has been paid for, we aim to dispatch this within 5 working days. If you have selected delivery by courier, this should be within 1-3 days of dispatch. If delivery is by post it will take 3-10 days, collection from your local post office will be required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit/debit card through Payfast or by EFT, please note that payments made by EFT take longer to register on your profile.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once you have placed your order and it has been paid for, we aim to dispatch this within 5 working days. If you have selected delivery by courier this should be within 1-3 days of dispatch. If delivery is by post it will take 3-10 days, collection from your local post office will be required.
Orders placed during November, December and January will take a few extra days.
Please Note: That delivery times are given to us by the shipping companies and may vary.
Will I receive an email to advise that my order has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, the system automates a mail to the address you have given and you will receive your tracking number and a website link for tracking your order.
Please Note: That your mail is generated when your order is printed and packaged awaiting collection from the courier and will not be available for tracking until it is processed at the depot. please allow for 24 hours (weekdays) before tracking your parcel.
Can I have a custom logo printed on labels?
We would be more than happy to quote any custom job. If you would like a quote please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of the job, size, quantity, label type and delivery address.
Can I split packs between two or more names?
Unfortunately not, as the packs and pricing is based on print runs allowing us to offer the prices we do, should you be looking for different quantities or unique sizes, please contact us for a quote on email@example.com
How accurate is the preview of my labels on the website?
The interactive designer will give a 99% accurate preview of your product. Colours may vary slightly due to the difference in screen and print.
Which labels should I use for items going in the dishwasher?
Although all of our stickers are dishwasher safe we would suggest using the multipurpose labels. These have an extra laminate layer which will protect the ink on the label further. However please ensure when applying your labels that you apply them to a clean, dry, and smooth area.
Will my iron on labels peel off the clothing?
If applied correctly with the right amount of heat your iron on labels should last just as long as the item of clothing. You can view our YouTube video with instructions here.

WHY SELECTING AN ICON IS IMPORTANT
Before children learn to read letters and words, they learn to recognise symbols and to link these symbols to their meaning.
In this way choosing an icon for your child’s labels will allow them to associate that picture as being ‘theirs’.
This allows quick and easy finding and matching of their name and their belongings and will also form the first step in helping them to recognise and ‘read’ their names before they start formally learning to read and write at school.
Choosing a label with your child’s name and picture clearly displayed provides endless opportunities to help build a child’s early reading skills, not to mention that easy location of your child’s stationery and school things helps to develop their organisational and self-help skills!
