Track my order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. To track your parcel please follow these easy steps.
1. Login to your account on www.staystuck.co.za
2. Under the "Previous Orders" heading, click the"view" button of the order you would like to track.
3. Under "Status History & Comments" you will see the word "dispatched" along with the tracking number, usually starting with the letters "RD".
4. Copy this number and go to www.sapo.co.za where you can select "Track and trace" or Click Here to open the track and trace website in a new window.
You can also call 0860 111 502 with the tracking number for more up to date information on your parcel.
Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to appear on the system.
Your parcel may arrive at your local office but they do not always send a reminder slip to collect, please call 0860 111 502 and check where the parcel is before contacting us regarding a lost parcel.
